TM1650 is a special circuit for driving and controlling LED (Light Emitting Diode Display) with keyboard scanning interface.

It integrates circuits such as MCU
input and output control digital interface, data latch, LED driver, keyboard scanning, and brightness adjustment.

TM1650 has stable performance, reliable quality and strong anti-interference ability, which can be applied to the application occasions of 24-hour long-term continuous work.

- Two display modes: 8 segments × 4 bits and 7 segments × 4 bits

- Segment drive current is greater than 25mA, bit drive current is greater than 150mA
