Product introduction
The module collects AC signals by current transformer to realize the output of relay signals after overcurrent within the range of 0-5A.When the relay is over current, it closes, and when the relay is not over current, it is released. Users can use the three ports of the relay, COM, NC and NO, to contro! the connection and disconnection of the external circuit, so as to realize the over-current protection function.
Adjust the relay clockwise to reduce the detection current
VCC: positive pole of working voltage;
GND: Working voltage negative;
ON: Normal start, NO and COM are disconnected before the relay is pulled out, and short connect after the relay ¡is pulled out;
COM: Common end, relay public connection;
NC: Normally closed end, NC and COM are short connected before the relay is pulled in, and then disconnected;
Method of use
The overcurrent protection point is set by adjusting the potentiometer, in which
the detection current is reduced by clockwise adjustment.Here's how:
+ Connect the measured conductor through the current transftormer, VCC and GN
D to the DC5V power supply;
+ Adjust potentiometer, when heard the sound of the relay and (available multim
eter measuring whether COM and NO get through, ¡f connected to relay has been
attracting), to reduce the current through the conductor being tested or cut off, ¡
f the relay over-current protection point has released specifications for (use mul
timeter measure COM and NC ¡s switched on, if through to relay has released).
+ If the relay ¡is not released while reducing or cutting off the current flowing through the measured wire, ¡it is necessary to continue to adjust the potentiometer to find the overcurrent protection point.
